We Become Holy and Sinless Before God by Believing in Jesus’s Work of Salvation. [Bible Study 24]
Today, most believers in Jesus commit sins due to their own weakness and wickedness, and they try to wash them away by holding onto the blood of the Cross and offering prayers of repentance for the sins they commit daily. However, can sin be completely washed away from the heart by our own efforts or merits, such as repentance prayers or confession, while believing in the blood of the Cross? Because we are born with fundamental sin and live constantly committing sin, we can be saved and born again only by believing in the beautiful gospel of the water and the Spirit that Jesus accomplished on His part. To save all mankind completely from all sin, Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, taking upon Himself all the sins of the world; He paid the wages for those sins by being judged on the Cross, thereby eliminating all our sins, and gave us eternal life by resurrecting.
