A Spiritual Testimony of Finding and Sharing the Word of True Salvation

My name is Onyege Emmanuel.

I would like to introduce you to a book by Pastor Paul C. Jong titled “Have You Truly Been Born Again of Water and the Spirit?”


In other words, this book clearly tells us what being born again is and how to be born again of water and the Spirit in strict accordance with the Bible.

In 2013, while studying at Uganda Technical College Elgon Mbale, I met someone who was distributing this book “Have You Truly Been Born Again of Water and the Spirit?” and explained the following topics:

  1. We Must First Know about Our Sins to Be Redeemed
  2. Human Beings Are Born Sinners
  3. If We Do Things by the Law, Can It Save Us?

 Through the Bible, he explained that I was born a sinner and had twelve kinds of sin in my heart as recorded in Mark 7:20–23.

And He said, “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a man.” <Mark 7:20–23>

I took a long time before agreeing with his words. However, I finally decided to invest time in reading the book he had.

While reading the book, I discovered how the author was blessed by God.

He clearly explained about my sins and how to be born again of water and Spirit according to God’s Word. During my reading, all the sins in my heart completely disappeared, as if I had put down a heavy burden.

From that time, I began preaching the gospel of water and Spirit together with the coworkers of The New Life Mission. I registered as a book distribution and translation coworker through the bjnewlife.org website. Currently, I am translating this book into my local language.

I am truly blessed.

I am now being used by God through The New Life Mission. I received thousands of free books from The New Life Mission for evangelism, and many people have received and are receiving complete salvation from sin through the books I distributed. Now mission-oriented churches have also been established in Uganda.

The gospel of water and Spirit written in this book is the only true gospel in the Bible that leads to being born again (John 3:5).

Which Came First: Faith in God's Righteousness or the Law? [Bible Study 2]

  Before giving the Law, God first gave the righteousness of faith to become children of God through faith.  As recorded in Genesis, Adam and Eve, Abel, Seth and Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and his descendants were justified by faith in God’s Word without the Law.   Thank you, Pastor. Speaking of my testimony on this Christian blog , I can say that I am living a fulfilled life today. This is because the gospel of water and the Spirit has given meaning to my life. The problem of mankind lies in sin. It is also problematic that Christians remain in sin. However, Pastor Paul C. Jong’s teachings completely liberate us from the burden of sin. Faith based only on Jesus’ blood on the cross is a burden that false pastors impose to keep us in bondage for life, and this is truly a serious problem today. Are you still living in sin because of wrong beliefs? [Christian Testimony 8]

  The "baptism" that Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist was the only way Christ took upon Himself all our sins. Through the baptism from John the Baptist, who was a high priest according to the order of Aaron, He took on the sins of the world, and afterward paid the price for all these sins by shedding His blood on the cross. The cross is actually the result of Jesus Christ taking our sins through baptism. If Jesus had not been baptized, His death would have been meaningless.
