[John 6:32-35] “Then Jesus said to them, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.’ Then they said to Him, ‘Lord, give us this bread always.’ And Jesus said to them, ‘I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.’”
John 6 records the miracle of the five loaves and two fish, where Jesus blessed five barley loaves and two fish, and after many people ate until they were full, there were still twelve baskets left over.
So many people followed Jesus. Jesus said to them, “You follow me because you are full, but you must eat the food that does not rot.”
[John 6:26-27] “Jesus answered them and said, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.’”
Then what is the imperishable food that God speaks of?
Eating the imperishable food means believing in the One whom the Father has sent.
[John 6:29] “Jesus answered and said, ‘This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent.’”
In other words, the bread that God the Father is giving now is not the manna, the bread that Moses gave during the wilderness period, but Jesus Christ. God the Father sent His Son as the bread of life.
That Jesus Christ was sent to this world as a lamb for all sinners who were destined for hell because of sin. And when He turned 30, He was baptized by John the Baptist, who was the representative of mankind and the last high priest, through which all the sins of the world were transferred to Jesus and He removed all the sins of the world.
And because ‘the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23)’, Jesus took away all the sins of this world through baptism and went to the Cross, was judged in our place, and saved us eternally from sin. And He rose again after three days and gave us eternal new life.
The imperishable bread of life.
This is the imperishable bread of life. Believing in Jesus' baptism and blood, which took away all the sins of us sinners, is eating His flesh and blood, and believing in this is what we must do.
Before I met the Lord by believing only in the blood of the Cross, there was sin in my heart.
So even when I cried and prayed for repentance, fasted in prayer, and spent all my time serving, sin still remained in my heart.
Therefore, my heart was always empty and hollow, and I was sad in pain and unsatisfied with anything.
However, now, I have become one who has eaten the bread of life by believing in the water (baptism), blood, and Holy Spirit that Jesus took away all my past, present, and future sins.
Now I am no longer spiritually thirsty or hungry, and regardless of my shortcomings, I live as a righteous person, not a sinner, through the bread of life.
Those who have received salvation by eating the bread of life look to the Lord and pray when faced with difficulties, entrust their troubles to Him, and live a life that pleases Him by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
[Matthew 5:6] "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled."
Now, instead of perishable food, I eat daily bread by doing God's work every day through believing in Him whom He has sent.
What about you?
Have you become free from sin by eating the bread of life through believing in Him whom God has sent, in other words, by believing in Jesus' baptism and blood?

I wholeheartedly believe in the gospel of water and the Spirit. I believe in Jesus' baptism where John the Baptist baptized Jesus in the Jordan River, in the same way as the laying on of hands in the Old Testament. Through this, the Lord has cleanly washed away all my original sin and personal sins, all my past, present, and future sins. I also believe in His death on the cross. Through this, He paid the price and punishment for all my sins in my place, and I believe in His resurrection. Through this, He gave me eternal life. Although I am weak and full of transgressions, by believing in the Lord's law of salvation, I have no sin, and my conscience has become as white as snow. The Lord Jesus has completely and eternally washed clean all my sins through the gospel of water and the Spirit. Since being born again as a righteous person without sin by believing in the gospel of water and the Spirit, I have been nurtured through Pastor Paul C. Jong's books, praying and spreading ...
Jesus’ baptism is where He takes all the sins of the world when He is baptized by John (Matthew 3:15), and His death on the cross is where He is judged for the sins of the world by shedding His precious blood. But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him. I am without sin not because of works but only because of Jesus’ righteousness. I believe He blotted out all my lifetime sins through His baptism, death, and resurrection. We, as human beings, commit sins from the very moment we are born until we die. This is due to our fundamental nature. I acknowledge my sinful nature and confess even the smallest sins, and I have been able to solve the problem of my daily and future sins by believing in the truth that Jesus took these sins when He was baptized by John the Baptist, paid the price on the Cross, and was resurrected. Before believing in the gospel of water and Spirit, though I believ...
I was freed from legalistic faith and the doctrine of gradual repentance prayer, and received salvation. I am infinitely grateful for the knowledge I received through Pastor Paul C. Jong's book, "Have You Truly Been Born Again of Water and the Spirit?" Volume 1, about John the Baptist's role and ministry for human salvation. Through this knowledge, I was freed from legalistic faith and the doctrine of gradual repentance prayer, and received salvation. Previously, I did not know and did not consider that the sacrificial law of atonement with goats and bulls in the Old Testament was essential to fully understanding Jesus' ministry for my salvation. And I only knew and believed that Jesus shed His blood and died for me on the cross. However, I did not understand at all the biblical teaching that the transfer of sin must be done through the laying on of hands by the priest, and that John the Baptist was the representative of humanity, my representative, appointed b...
The Meaning of Three Types of Baptisms Recorded in the Bible There are three types of baptisms in the Bible: John the Baptist’s baptism for repentance, Jesus’ baptism from John the Baptist, and the water baptism received by believers. 1. Jesus’ Baptism from John the Baptist First, the baptism that Jesus received from John the Baptist in the Jordan River was, just as sins were imputed to sacrificial offerings through laying on of hands in the Old Testament, a baptism He received as the Lamb of God to have all the sins of humanity imputed to Him. This was the beginning of God’s just plan of salvation, and through baptism, Jesus took upon Himself all the sins of the world in a just manner through imputation. ‘But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him. When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit ...
