This is truly an amazing and perfect salvation! [Christian Testimony 43]

This is a testimony from a believer who received salvation from sin at once through faith after understanding that Jesus is God and the meaning of baptism where all sins of the world were passed onto Jesus, as well as the truth of atonement on the cross, through the sermon book “Have You Truly Been Born Again of Water and the Spirit?” by the servant of God, Pastor Paul C. Jong of The New Life Mission.

For the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit Acts 2:38

Dear brothers and sisters around the world, Happy New Year.

Nowadays, through The New Life Mission website, where e-books and audiobooks translated into languages from around the world are provided free of charge, we can see that the gospel of water and the Spirit is reaching more and more people.

As internet technology advances, the world is becoming increasingly integrated. Therefore, spreading the gospel of water and the Spirit to everyone through the internet is becoming more and more seamless. We must take advantage of this golden opportunity.

Those who believe that Jesus is God and that He took away all sins of the world through His baptism and was judged on the cross, removing all sins of this world, cannot say “I have sin” even if they commit sins due to their imperfection.

This is because even when we commit sins due to our weakness, we can confirm that we are sinless through faith because we acknowledge those sins and believe that the Lord already took them away about 2000 years ago through His baptism and shed His blood for those sins on the cross.

And because the Holy Spirit, who dwells in the heart of those who are sinless through faith, assures that salvation and faith, we can always follow the Lord with gratitude in the light.

In Acts 2:38, Peter testified :

‘Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’

Although I will commit personal sins until I die due to my weakness, I cannot return back to being a sinner because I believe in Jesus Christ. Also, God said He gives the Holy Spirit as a gift to those who are sinless through faith in Jesus’ baptism and blood on the cross.

According to this Word, God gave me the Holy Spirit as a gift since I became sinless through faith in the gospel of water and the Spirit that removed all sins of the world.

Therefore, because the Holy Spirit dwelling in my heart assures me through God’s Word (the gospel of water, blood, and the Spirit) that I actually have no sin, my conscience is always as white as snow regardless of my shortcomings.

1 Peter 3:21:

“There is also an antitype which now saves us — baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”

Only those who have received the Holy Spirit as a gift because their hearts became sinless through faith in Jesus’ baptism (where all sins of the world were passed onto Jesus), blood, and the Spirit can say with a clear conscience, “I have no sin.”

Also, only those who have received the Holy Spirit through faith can live for the Lord’s will following the Holy Spirit’s guidance regardless of their inadequacies and weaknesses.


This is truly an amazing and perfect salvation!
