A Book Review of Return to the Gospel of the Water and the Spirit by Reverend Paul C. Jong [Book Review 4]
This book leads people to discover the righteousness of God in the true gospel of the Water and the Spirit.
Modern Christians always study the Bible, listen to the Word, pray more fervently than anyone, show their devotion by offering their material possessions, and strive to erase their sins through prayers of repentance.
However, they lack assurance of faith before God regarding how to eternally remove the fundamental sin they were born with, how to be born again, and how to receive the Holy Spirit.
It is time to leave behind Christian doctrines, which are stained with human thoughts, return to the Bible, and accept the Word God has spoken to us with the heart of a child.
What I am sharing today is a book review from a brother who was truly born again from sin after reading RETURN TO THE GOSPEL OF THE WATER AND THE SPIRIT. This book is a collection of sermons by Reverend Paul C. Jong, a servant of God, which delivers the Word of God exactly as it is in the Bible.
This book is provided for free in e-book and audiobook formats on The New Life Mission website. Please visit the website to access it.

While going to church for many years, I never realized that I had fallen in the midst of false doctrines, due to lack of knowledge about Jesus’ baptism and blood on the Cross.
However, the teaching of Rev. Paul C. Jong has opened my eyes and made me truly understand and recognize the gospel of the Water and the Spirit.
Upon reading this book, “Return to the Gospel of the Water and the Spirit”, I have come to understand that being born again according to the Bible is not physical but it’s about Spiritual change, it’s for a sinner to become righteous by believing in the gospel of the Water and the Spirit. We cannot be born again by works, but by faith in the Word of God.
I also understand about heretics within Christianity, a heretic is a person who believes in Jesus but has sin in his/her heart (Titus 3:11).
The Lord took away the sin of humanity by baptism but yet the heretics say that they are sinners. Before God, all who claim that they have sin are acknowledging that they themselves are not the Children of God, not the people of God.
Everyone who claims to believe in Jesus but not born again is a heretic.
This is because while Jesus has eliminated your sins, you yourself who claim to believe in Jesus still have sin in your heart.
This book, “Return to the Gospel of the Water and the Spirit”, has a vivid reflection of my lifelong struggles with issues within Christianity, it points out my everyday struggles as a Christian and shows the way of dealing with the daily sins that we commit while leading a Christian life.
This truth cannot be confused with any kind of false teachings and it was this truth that has made me into a person who will never be condemned in Christ.
I would like to advise all Christians to read this book.
Which leads to the discovery of God’s righteousness in the true gospel of the Water and the Spirit.
The true gospel is not by water alone or blood alone; it’s by both water and blood (1 John 5:6, Exodus 12:43–49).
We must believe in Jesus who was baptized by John the Baptist and shed blood on the cross. (Isaiah 53:1–4).
Amen.

We must first acknowledge, just as the Bible says, that humans are born with sin and are destined for hell.
And we must believe that Jesus Christ came into the world as an atoning sacrifice to take away our sins; that He received baptism from John the Baptist in the Jordan River, thereby taking upon Himself the sins of the world; and that He then paid the wages of sin with His blood on the cross.
This is the gospel of the water, the blood, and the Spirit that eternally saves us from our sins.
We must not believe merely in the blood of the cross, nor should we try to erase our sins through prayers of repentance. We must believe the fact that the sins of all humankind were definitively passed onto Jesus all at once at the very moment He was baptized by John the Baptist.
I pray that you all will also break free from false teachings and prayers of repentance and, like the brother in this book review, become people who are never condemned in Christ by believing in the gospel of the Water and the Spirit.
